Pricing, Shipping Fees, and Taxes

Prices are shown in the store and are tax-inclusive. No additional tax is charged at checkout.

Shipping fees: free shipping on orders $119.99 and above; otherwise a flat $15 shipping fee.

Shipping coverage: United States only.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Transit time: 3–5 business days after shipment.

Order Acceptance and Payment
Payment methods accepted: Visa and Mastercard.
Your order is not guaranteed until it is accepted and processed. We may cancel or limit orders to prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, or address operational issues. If an order is canceled after payment activity, any authorized or captured amount will be handled according to the payment method’s processing timelines.

Cancellations

Before shipment: You may request cancellation. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s processing status.

After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if eligible.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions described in the Returns & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. No restocking fee is charged.

Delivery Issues, Damage, and Claims
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review and determine next steps according to the applicable policy terms.
