This Limited Warranty explains how we handle items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, and what remedies may be available.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Shipping Damage Claim Window (48 Hours)
If your item arrives damaged, defective upon arrival, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for DOA or shipping-damage resolution.

What This Limited Warranty Covers
This limited warranty applies only to issues reported within the 48-hour window that indicate:

The item was damaged in transit,

The item was defective upon arrival (DOA), or

The wrong item was sent.

How We May Resolve an Eligible Claim
Depending on the situation and available documentation, we may provide one of the following solutions:

Replacement of the same item (where available), or

A refund processed according to our Returns & Refund Policy timelines, or

Another appropriate resolution based on the specific circumstances.

What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover:

Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear,

Issues reported outside the 48-hour claim window,

Requests unrelated to damage, DOA, or wrong-item situations (these may fall under the Returns & Refund Policy instead).
