Return Shipping Responsibility

Original Shipping Fees
If your original order was below $119.99, the $15 shipping fee is not refunded.
If your original order qualified for free shipping (orders $119.99 and above), there is no original shipping fee to refund.
Damage, Defect, or Wrong Item Claims (48 Hours)
If your order arrives damaged, defective upon arrival, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. This helps us verify the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days after approval. Processing time can vary by your card issuer.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
