Before Shipment
You may request to cancel an order before it ships. Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s processing status. If cancellation is approved, any payment activity will be handled according to the payment method’s processing timelines.

After Shipment
Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after delivery, provided the request is made within 30 days of delivery and the return is eligible under our Returns & Refund Policy.
