We ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping Fees

Orders $119.99 and above: free shipping

Orders below $119.99: flat $15 shipping fee

Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed by 5:00 pm (EST) begin processing based on order status and verification steps. Orders placed after the cutoff may be processed starting the next business day.

1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

Transit Time (After Shipment)

3–5 business days (Monday–Friday delivery schedules may vary by carrier and destination)

Carriers
We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers depending on service availability and destination.

Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent after the order ships. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after label creation.

Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; changes are not guaranteed once processing has started.

Cancellations Related to Shipping Status

Before shipment: You may request cancellation. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s processing status.

After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled. Please follow the return process after delivery if eligible.

Wrong Item, Missing Item, or Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. This timeframe helps us evaluate the claim and coordinate next steps. Resolution options may vary depending on the situation and available documentation.
